Charlotte is a small and medium enterprise coach who help owners and leaders properly set up, grow their business and achieve breakthrough success.  Serves as the Head of Legal and Compliance Department and likewise overseeing several other departments like Human Capital, Administration, Contracts and Procurement. Charlotte provides consultancy and coaching to companies and executives in various industries.  Prior to her engagement in consultancy business, she spent the last  23 years as a legal professional, corporate secretary, business and HR consultant, contract and procurement manager, arbitrator, internal auditor, corporate trainer and workshop leader.

 

Today, Charlotte offers a wide range of services and programs:  business plan,  policies and procedures,  business process improvement, organizational effectiveness, strategic planning, corporate branding, recruitment, performance management, training and development, procurement and contract management.  She also conducts individual career counseling, executive leadership training and development and keynote speeches.
